Last week, Derek and I went out and got our first little Christmas tree to celebrate our first Christmas as a married couple. The tree is about 4 feet tall and super sparse from about 2/3 of the way up to the top, but it is perfect (hey, we don't have that many ornaments yet so the fewer branches the better!) in that special Charlie Brown sort of way. Here are a couple pics (from my phone, sorry for the lack of quality) of our cute lil guy!
Tada! Ok, he still needs a few more lights (dang dollar store lights are only like a foot long...)...but he's lookin good. Oh and after a few days of being "topless," I decided to simply tie a little red paper ribbon on top--cute, simple and economical.
